Player Charter

The club is committed to continually improve the level of coaching available to all players. We encourage all our coaches to attain the coaching qualifications endorsed by NSWRU.
The club will strive to ensure that the best training and home ground playing facilities are available to all players.
The club will grade players throughout the season and give every opportunity to promote players up the grades. All coaches will encourage players to play at the highest possible grade.
The club is committed to maintaining our standing as one of the most respected and professionally run clubs in Subbies Rugby.
Our volunteers will organise social activities throughout the year to provide off-field entertainment and raise sponsorship for the club.
We will keep everyone up-to-date with results, team news and other stories on the www.chatswoodrugby.com website.

The Player's Commitment to the Club.

Players are expected to pay their annual fees.
Players are expected to inform the club (or coach) in advance if they cannot attend training, are unavailable for a match or if they are likely to be absent for an extended period.
Players are expected to help their coach on match days (setting up the field, running water, organising the barbecue etc.).
Players are expected to move between grades to cover for other players that are temporarily unavailable.
Players are expected to conduct themselves in a manner appropriate to our standing as one of the most respected clubs in Subbies Rugby.
